Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian DSG, TKG 2021). 2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When the website is accessed, the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with easyname.
3. Request form and e-mail
If you contact us via the request form or by e-mail, we process your details in order to answer your request and prepare a quote. This includes the details of your vehicle (brand, vehicle type, number of axles, suspension) and your contact details (company, contact person, address, e-mail address, phone, optionally VAT ID and message). The form data is sent to us by e-mail and is not stored in a database on the website. The legal basis is the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If no order results, we delete the data after three years at the latest; if an order results, the statutory retention obligations apply (§ 132 BAO: seven years).
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Where technically necessary cookies or browser storage entries are set, they serve exclusively the display and function of the website; no consent is required for this (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
6. Data security
This website is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/TLS), recognisable by “https://” in the address bar.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact us at the e-mail address above.
